My husband, Dave had a ruptured distal bicep tendon that doctors had to reattach to the bone. He had surgery on November 29. At his six week check up, his physical therapist said he was about 3 weeks ahead of where they thought he should be with flexibility and went ahead and started him on strengthening exercises.
